3 Week Signature Course - Ages 5-7 - Little Ladies and Gents JUNIORS

Our Little Ladies and Gents (JUNIORS) course focuses on social skills, etiquette and building confidence.  This course runs across three sessions (each session is two hours and includes a full lunch).

Ages: 5-7

Dates: Sundays, September 10th, 17th and 24th 2023

Timings: 11:30 - 13:30 (includes a full hot lunch and Afternoon Tea during our final week)

Venue: The Wentworth Suite, The Macdonald Berystede Hotel, Ascot, Sunninghill

Price: £300 (includes a course folder and weekly materials, a full sit down lunch on 10th and 17th of September and Afternoon Tea on 24th September)

Session 1: Table Manners

Topics include: Understanding basic place settings, knowing when to start, holding cutlery, dealing with unwanted food, conversation at the table, passing and offering food, what to do when we have finished eating

Session 2: Social Etiquette

Topics include: First impressions, introducing ourselves to new friends, friends' parents and teachers, formal versus informal introductions, speaking clearly and confidently, smiling and using eye contact, shaking hands, walking, sitting and standing with confidence

Session 3: Emotional Wellbeing

Topics include: Being a good friend, dealing with conflict or disagreement, coping mechanisms for feeling angry or upset, mindfulness tools for big emotions

Dress code: smart/casual (no hoodies or sportswear)

Each additional sibling gets a 25% discount
