About the event
Course Focus:
Table Manners (place settings, napkins and handling silverware, showing appreciation, difficult-to-eat foods and menus for fussy eaters, how to sit at the table, knowing when to begin, mingling and conversation, passing and offering food, what to do when we are done with our meal, eating in formal and informal settings)
First Impressions and Body Language (understanding the impact of first impressions, practicing techniques for making a positive introduction, learning the importance of eye contact, smiling, and confident speech, knowing when, and how, to use handshakes)
Written Etiquette (exploring the basics of written communication, crafting thank you notes, telephone and social media etiquette, conducting ourselves on video sessions, staying safe online)

We pride ourselves on offering personalised attention in our courses by keeping class sizes small, with a maximum of just 14 students per course. This ensures a high-quality learning experience for everyone.
In this engaging session, participants will explore table manners and practice their new skills over a formal lunch. Additionally, they will discover the importance of first impressions and body language, learning how to present themselves with poise and confidence. The session will also cover the basics of written etiquette, including writing thank you notes and conducting oneself online.
Our sessions are taught by professionals in a fun and child-appropriate way, ensuring an engaging and enjoyable learning experience. Dress code is smart casual (no sports kits or hoodies, please). With a focus on making learning enjoyable, our sessions are full of activities that children love.
