Confidently Meeting New Students and Teachers                                                                                                                                                                                       Learn the art of a great first impression: handshakes, smiling, and introductions Boost confidence through body language and effective communication techniques Practice meeting new people in fun and supportive role-playing scenarios

Time Management and Organisation                                                                                                                                                                                                                Create easy-to-follow routine charts to manage daily schedules Master prioritising tasks and setting achievable goals Develop strategies to handle overwhelm and stay focused
