Start the new academic year with confidence, strength and a calm mindset. You will take away a set of tools to help you make the year successful and positive.

A perfect way to end the summer holiday and make new friends in a fun, focused and relaxed learning environment.

Ages: 8-11

Date: Friday 1 September 2023

Timings: 13:30- 18:00 (including refreshments, snacks and dinner)

Venue: The Wentworth Suite, The Macdonald Berystede Hotel, Ascot 

Price: £169 (including a course booklet and materials, dinner and certificate of completion)

All of our sessions are taught in a hands on and activity based environment.

What we will cover:

1) Keeping Calm and Focused

• Recognising the feeling of overwhelm
• Staying focused in a healthy way
• Learning to rest, not to quit

2) Time Management and Organisation

• Prioritising what is important
• Making and successfully managing to-do lists
• Storing and taking care of our belongings

3) Positive Friendship Skills

• What it means to be a good friend
• Dealing effectively with conflict and common friendship difficulties
• Tools to help us manage peer pressure
• Knowing when, and how, to ask for help when we need it

Dress code: smart/casual (no hoodies or sportswear)
